Pinterest

Well some of you know EXACTLY what Pinterest.com is but I had no idea until my sister started using it for her wedding. The concept is pretty genius. You find things you like online-pictures, products you can buy-tutorials for DIY...WHATEVER and if you want to remember where to find it or see what your friends think you "pin it" to your board. It's almost like bookmarks but much easier to go back and see what's there and your friends can give input.

When I decided I wasn't having a traditional (or even semi traditional) wedding it became clear "pinning" wedding decor and the usual wedding board stuff was un-necessary so I use my main board just for cute "his and hers" things, pictures inspiration and outfit ideas for the rest of our Vegas weekend but here is my pinterest board for the wedding if anyone cares to see it

Also with having everything pretty package deal for the ceremony I thought it would be fun to have our guests dress retro (1920's-1950's)
Obviously anyone who knows me knows that I LOVE to dress era. So clearly my wedding outfit will be as well as Travis'.
I know theme's can be a pain in the butt so I've tried to make it as easy (and fun!) as possible.
So to help my guests have some easy options (I know it's not always easy to find vintage style clothing if you don't know where to look) I made a 2nd pinterest board to give some inspiration, tips on styling and available items. I've tried to pin as many things as possible that you can actually buy to take the leg work out of shopping.

Even if you just want to buy some clothes you can check out that board ;-)
